StackVersus is run by a small editorial team publishing under the byline StackVersus Editorial. We read every message that comes in through the email below — there is no automated ticketing system standing between you and us.

General inquiries

For questions about a comparison, a correction to something we got wrong, feedback on the site, or anything else, email us at:

hello@stackversus.com

If you're flagging outdated pricing or a feature we've listed incorrectly, please include a link to the vendor page that shows the current information — it helps us fix it faster. See our editorial guidelines for how corrections are reviewed and applied.

What to include in a correction email

A correction gets fixed faster when we don't have to hunt for context. Please include:

  • The URL of the StackVersus page where you saw the issue.
  • A link to the vendor's own pricing or features page showing the current, correct information.
  • A short description of what looks wrong — a stale price, a missing feature, a plan that's been renamed or retired.

We verify every correction against the live vendor page before publishing an update, so a source link is the single most useful thing you can send us.

What we won't do by email

To keep our coverage consistent and our editorial process simple to explain, there are a few requests we don't take over email regardless of who's asking:

  • We don't produce custom vendor-specific quotes, pricing breakdowns, or comparison write-ups outside of what's already published on the site.
  • We don't accept paid placement requests to appear higher in a comparison, be added to a category ahead of our normal review queue, or have unfavorable content removed. See our editorial guidelines for how scoring stays independent of any commercial relationship.

Press and citation inquiries

Journalists and researchers citing StackVersus data are welcome to quote our published comparisons with attribution and a link back to the source page. For anything beyond that — data requests, interview requests, or questions about our methodology for a story — email us with "Press inquiry" in the subject line and we'll get back to you directly.

Vendor and sponsorship inquiries

If you represent a software vendor and want to be added or updated on StackVersus, apply for an affiliate partnership, or ask about sponsorship, use the same address and mention "Vendor inquiry" in your subject line:

hello@stackversus.com

To be clear on how this works: sponsorship or affiliate status can get a product added to our coverage queue faster, but it never changes how that product is scored once it's reviewed. Our affiliate disclosure and editorial guidelines explain the separation between commercial relationships and editorial verdicts in full.

Response time

We aim to respond to corrections within a few business days and to general or vendor inquiries within a week.
